(1) Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing. Your personal data provided in the recruitment application will be processed in connection with the recruitment process for the position for which you are applying, in order to fulfill the legal obligations of the Personal Data Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA). (1A) If your application is for the establishment of an employment relationship: your basic personal data (such as name, surname, work experience, education) will be processed to the extent indicated in the provisions of the Labor Code. Providing this data is mandatory to participate in the recruitment. (1B) If your application relates to the conclusion of a B2B contract and a contract of mandate: Your data will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO), which you may withdraw at any time, however, this will affect the inability to conduct further recruitment, and consequently the suspension of the recruitment process for your person. - We process other personal data (e.g., image, interest information) on the basis of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO), which you give by sending us your recruitment application. Providing this information is voluntary and does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment. If you do not want us to process additional data about you, simply do not include it in your application. - The use of your personal data in future recruitment proceedings, will only take place if you give separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA). - You have the right to withdraw any of your consents at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal. - We may also process your personal data for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, insofar as such claims relate to the recruitment procedure, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) RODO). (2) Recipients of data and transfer of data to third countries. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that provide Hicron with job posting services, providers of recruitment management systems, providers of IT services such as hosting, and providers of information systems. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. (3) Data retention period. Your data processed in connection with the submission of a recruitment application will be processed for one year after the recruitment is completed. If you give separate consent to process your personal data in order to participate in future recruitments, we will process your data for a period of 3 years from the submission of your recruitment application. If you do not give such consent, we will delete your personal data immediately after the end of the recruitment process for the position you applied for. (4) Rights you are entitled to: (4A) the right to access and receive a copy of your data, (4B) the right to rectify your data, (4C) the right to erasure (limited by circumstances and law), (4D) the right to request restriction of processing, (4E) the right to data portability (limited by circumstances and law), (4F) the right to object (limited by circumstances and law), (4G) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. (5) Automated decision-making and profiling: Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making and profiling. (6) Transfer outside the European Economic Area?
